I had to take my daughter to JTDMH Urgent Care for low back pain. The staff in urgent care were awesome., From the check-in, to registration to the medical staff. She got the best care ever. Nurse Pam D. was kind and compassionate. She did everything she could to make her comfortable. The physician assistant, Kevin Jackson was also great. He made my daughter feel as if she was his only patient. There is something to be said about smaller hospitals. We will be back if the need arises. Thank you JTDMH
