Dr. Wallace, David and the whole staff is great! They are all extremely professional, competent and friendly. I had collarbone surgery on Nov 21st and it's amazing how fast I have healed. Even my scar looks great. Dr. Wallace did such a great job it's hardly noticeable and it's only been two months. Debbie and Amanda were great with my PT. My last session was today and I still had 3 sessions that my insurance approved initially for this type of surgery and I don't need to use them. Dr. Biggs, while not very visible, is a great knee guy!! His support staff is outstanding, and the therapy dept is unmatched
Cannot say enough good about Dr. Wallace and his assistant David. All the nurses are great too. Just got released after Rotator Cuff surgery. Everything progressed so well. I am so happy with the treatment . Wonderful to be able to use my arm without pain. I would recommend Dr Wallace and the Joint Institute if you want the best.
Excellent service, very friendly, timely, efficient. Dr. Biggs is a great doctor and his PA, Will is amazing, as is Clint, his head of in house therapy!
They could improve by answering the phone and returning calls.
