They do not respect your time.. Even with 3 separate check in's. 10am appointment, check in online at 9am. Show up and check in 5 min early on the 1st floor, then check in again on the 3rd floor. Only to sit there for over 30 min and never be called. Once I give up and say I have to leave, "oh I guess they are busy but your next." Clearly cannot live up to your own appointments and have no respect for anyone else's time.
