I tried to schedule an appointment for a clogged drain and the lady on the phone was unfriendly, inpatient and just hang up on me. I will not contact them again
They go above and beyond to give excellent service! We have been using their services for the 40 years we have lived up in the Pell City area and the have not disappointed. You would be doing your self a favor by using them the next time you need an expert!
Plumber arrived promptly and got right to work. It was a somewhat difficult task but the young man worked diligently until the repair was completed. I Googled the issue while he was here working and they were within the cost range that I was seeing online. Update: used Joiner Plumbing agian for another rather involved task. Same response as before; two men arrived promptly and proceeded to get right to work. No stalling, no excuses. Job well done! 5 more stars for Joiner Plumbing.
Cody came out this evening to unclog our drain and did an amazing job!!! He was very knowledgeable, and understanding to our problem and worked tirelessly until it was fixed. I highly recommend joiner plumbing and Cody!!! Definitely a customer for life!!
