Terrible experience, unfortunately more than once. Dr. Martin comes across as extremely dismissive of patients’ time and concerns. Appointments are frequently rescheduled, often with less than 24 hours’ notice, despite being confirmed multiple times by text, phone call, and through the Kaiser app. What was most frustrating was the response when I expressed concern about yet another last-minute cancellation. One of the best OBGYN I ever came across through out this experience and in my life. Dr Martin made me feel seen and educated me on so much. Dr Martin may God continue to bless you and thank you for all you do. I will never forget this visit I had with you. Dr. Martin is the best and most knowledgeable Obgyn doctor I have ever met! She takes care of all my 3 pregnancies with each about 6 to 7 years apart. She did C section for my first boy, prescribed me 3 rounds of Clomid and eventually refer me to IVF doctor for my second boy, and now takes (prenatal) care of my current 3rd and last pregnancy, also a boy 🩵 She has great and respectful bedside manner and explains everything in such an easy and animated way to understand.
