I have now had four visits to Dr. Lisa Robinson‘s office and each time I’ve had excellent treatment, and she has such a courteous staff. I highly recommend this office If you are looking for a new doctor. They are all kind and understanding and all of my appointments have ran in a very timely manner also. Dr. Robinson listens to your concerns and then addresses each one accordingly. This is the most personable, caring doctor’s office I’ve ever been to as a patient. I get immediate help - whether I call at 8:30 am on Monday or 10 am on Friday. They are never too busy to talk to me or find me a spot to see Dr. Robinson, they NEVER get the message wrong...or lose it...or ignore it! When I go in there, it’s like I’m getting in to see good friends. Some of that comes from being a patient there for a while, but most of it is Dr. Robinson and the staff with which she surrounds herself. Just good people! ❤️
I have not always had the best experience feeling like doctors are actually listening to what I say when I am in the office. Dr. Robinson is a very caring, empathic, and warm doctor who never has trouble listening to me and talking with me about any concerns or medical issues. Love my Dr and her staff! They are always courteous, and very personable. I drive over an hour to see Dr. Robinson, and will continue to do so.
