The server automatically add a 20% of the bill and then when the meal is complete, only gave me the credit card form to sign. No itemized receipt was provided. I had to ask for an itemized receipt and it took them 10 minutes to get it. They basically tried to hide the hidden tip. Young Asian female server. Shady.
Nice, comfy chairs and table, cool air and good music, love the food as well. Great ramen and lomein. Definitely recommend everyone to come here.
This was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. I have been in the restaurant industry for over a decade and am so understanding when I go out to eat. But this was beyond anything I've ever encountered! I came in on Saturday night for a friend's birthday dinner. We had a reservation for 12, yet when we showed up, there was no table set up for us. Hugely disappointed with the menu. A lot of things are marked gluten free, which was initially exciting, yet after double checking if they were, nothing was actually gluten free. (including the bento boxes)
