Service was prompt and effective. They replaced my snapped cable and checked the rest of the system while they were at it. The technician was great, but I wasn’t thrilled about the weekend surcharge, which wasn’t disclosed upfront. Still, I’d recommend them.
The garage door repair was very disappointing. The technician arrived late and rushed through the work, leaving problems unresolved. Hidden fees were added at the end, and customer support was unhelpful. I would not hire them again.
The whole experience was frustrating. They didn’t diagnose the issue correctly and replaced parts that weren’t even broken. My garage door is still stuck, and I ended up spending hundreds for nothing. I would not recommend their services.
We went with a full garage upgrade: door panels, opener, smart keypad, remote setup. Team was organized, neat, and explained every feature. Worth every dollar.
