I recently went in for an eye exam and unfortunately my experience wasn’t very positive. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff didn’t seem very welcoming , which immediately made the visit feel uncomfortable. I’m not sure if the experience was different because I brought my son with me or if something else contributed to the way the appointment went, but I left feeling uneasy about the whole visit.
