Waited 30 minutes and then had to leave because im sure I would have been there for over an hour waiting if I had not gotten out of the chair and left. I had an appointment, and there were only three customers (me included). I dont understand why they make the appointment when they clearly cannot accept you as a customer. It was such a waste of time. Really wanted to try this place out. What a bummer.
I’m new to town and almost didn’t come here because the reviews weren’t great, but then I realized the bad reviews were all super old. So, I went for a pedicure and had a good experience. Polite and punctual staff that did a thorough job in a clean environment. Worked for me.
Every time I go with an appointment they send me away to come back at a certain time I come back and it’s always the same thing they don’t let you wait in the waiting area zero stars if I could terrible customer service
