I tried to use this business for one of my rentals in the area. However, when I was trying to explain that I called a few companies in attempt to check availability, the person from Johnstown Heating & Cooling assumed I had someone already, cut me off mid-sentence in, and proceeded to say "I hope the person you got a hold of is able to help you out."
