Dan was quick, efficient and even showed me how to clean the unit for future issues. Support local small companies like this. Do NOT use the big name companies they will scam you and try to take all your money, for something that can be easily resolved. Thank you Dan for being honest and easy to work with!!
I tried to use this business for one of my rentals in the area. However, when I was trying to explain that I called a few companies in attempt to check availability, the person from Johnstown Heating & Cooling assumed I had someone already, cut me off mid-sentence in, and proceeded to say "I hope the person you got a hold of is able to help you out." Then, they proceeded to hang up on me leaving me and my situation stranded. The moral of this story is, I will never find out if they are actually good at what they do or not. B... read more
