I have repeatedly made appointments with them since the beginning of this year and every time before my appointment day arrives they call and cancel on me and every time it's the same exact excuse. THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME NUMEROUS TIMES. It is now August and once again they want me to reschedule. That's it. I'm done. I am a single mom and it's hard enough to arrange things to go to any kind of appointment but to keep having to REARRANGE repeatedly....nope. DONE!! I am very sorry that you feel this way, I did look to see how many times we called to reschedule you and it looks like it was only 1 time, the other 3 times I have notes that you called to reschedule. The Most recent time was due to Dr. Green going on vacation, you could have kept the appointment for that day but seen a different doctor. I apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding. Absolutely awful customer service! Office staff is extremely rude! Don’t use covid as an excuse to be miserable and have garbage customer service! I’m glad I spent 600$ on glasses for them to not even have thirty seconds to adjust them! Pretty sure the front office girls couldn’t hate their jobs anymore if they tried! I shouldn’t take it so personally considering I’ve watched them get snippy with all their coworkers during my appointment. Extremely unprofessional place of business.

The employees were very kind and helpful. I hate picking out glasses, but they made it a seamless experience. They helped me in my selection of frames, and they were very knowledgeable in what lenses would best fit my lifestyle. My husband suddenly had a medical issue with his eyes and all I had to do was call them and they got him in right away. Doctor Stepp did a very thorough exam, and knew exactly what the problem was. Friendly, professional staff.
will never go back again. I was in in February and was told that I had to have this test done and I told them I did not even want it done. they build the insurance $90 and then I had to pay the co-payment for that test of $15 went in to speak to them about it. and they told me that I had to pay the $15 because everyone has to have the test done. to me it's a total joke and they were not willing to work with me at all. even though dr. green is a great doctor I will not go back because of the staff. Johnstown Family Vision should stop cheating their patients. My husband is blind in one eye, yet they've been billing us for 2 prescriptions lens (no-line progressive lenses) for over a year. I have told them that I refuse to pay for a prescription lens for a blind eye, yet they still keep sending us bills.
My husband and I went to Johnstown Family Vision for our glasses. We had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so nice, helpful and experienced. Our Dr. is Dr. Stepp. We've been going to him for years now and like him very much. We are very happy with our glasses, as they have many styles to pick from. That is where we will be going from now on. We highly recommend Dr. Stepp and Johnstown Family Vision to everyone who wants quality glasses, good doctor, and experienced employees.
