I called for washer repair. They said they couldn't come until tomorrow. I said, I would try and call someone else as I was hoping to get someone to look at it today. Suddenly, they had an available appt window in the afternoon between 2-5. They required credit card info at that point. Rec'd call at 4 that they no longer could make the appt, and strangely did not ask about rescheduling . Didn't leave me with a very good feeling honestly. Money paid as a deposit.... no call no show! Money lost and my equipment still is broken! Someone overseas had a list of excuses. Not from Johnstown smh

Disappointed. Called and scheduled an appointment to get my refrigerator fixed because it was completely out of service. They scheduled it for 3 days later. They called the night before and cancelled the appointment. Said they didn't have a technician that could be in my area. When I called them back I asked why they didn't know that when I scheduled it. They didn't have a good answer for me it was somebody in Florida who is working fora national customer service center to schedule technicians to make these calls. Terrible c... read more
