Called Toyota of Monticello last week sometime & was told that the earliest appt for an oil change was today at 1:30p. We got up there around 1:25 just in time for our appt only to see about 10 ppl sitting in their little cubby hole "waiting area" so there wasn't even a place to sit down. Then I go up to the lady to let her know we arrived & after asking how long we would have to wait since we DID make an appt nearly a week ago & we were told 5 min but NO longer than 10 min. We have been having problems with our car since Oct of 2014... Engine light coming on, different excuses as to why its on... Had cylinders swapped never replaced when I asked.. Called corporate office and they provide us with the platinum coverage for our car but can't do anything else till we are hurt or even worse.... Makes you think how customer service is throughout companies. Come to find out there's a recall but it was a computer update on engine light... Hummmm I don't think so ...
