I will never purchase another vehicle at this dealership again. When the final price was negotiated there was a charge of $599 for what the salesman said was for 5 oil changes including tire rotation, tire and wheel protection and coverage for a lost car key and that this was standard on all new vehicle purchases and was not negotiable, I had to agree to it. Buying the car was great! Getting service is horrible.. they canceled over 12 appmnts for a recall and other things.. buy the time I get there for an approved appmnt.. they tell me my free services expired.. then the service manager Barbara jones gave me a lil waive with her hand and told me to sit! Very rude
