Buying the car was great! Getting service is horrible.. they canceled over 12 appmnts for a recall and other things.. buy the time I get there for an approved appmnt.. they tell me my free services expired.. then the service manager Barbara jones gave me a lil waive with her hand and told me to sit! Very rude

We apologize for the actions of our employee. The way she handled the situation should NEVER have happened and disciplinary action was taken to insure this will not happen again. The inside of your rear tires are on the secondary rubber, maybe your mechanic only checked the middle tread of your tires which could get you another 5K miles, but that area of the tread wasn't the issue. Best car buying experience ever! My search for a Legacy Ltd. brought me to them. From Colleen to Don Winner in sales to Karen in finance. I have never had such an easy transition. Don did everything to try to get everything done quickly. He also demonstrated all the features of the car (probably will be back for a refresher course).
