This is ridiculous $1300 a month for a STUDIO? Jesus christ you could rent a large HOUSE for that much! this landlord must have a drug or gambling habit or something. nothing excuses this level of greed.
Called the other day about pricing and availability and the dude on the line seemed very rude and passive aggressive. I called numerous times and left voicemail but finally got through on the 5th attempt. $1,300 per month for an efficiency. Forget it
