Went in today and guy at counter was refusing to help. Hispanic guy at the counter has bad customer service skills. Didn't want to check part availability. Don't worry, went across the street and got the part. US Air was much better with trying to help. Sad because I give a lot of business to the Oxnard and newbury park johnstones.
Won't sell to end users, only contractors. Doesn't say so on their website.
