The team at the Valencia Johnstone branch is awesome! They’re always super helpful and go out of their way to take care of me. If they can’t do something, they’ll still work to find a solution. The counter guys are all friendly and know their stuff, and I always have a great experience whenever I stop by.
I have been a Johnstone customer for over 20 years, and this location is among the very best. The team is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I also appreciate that they sell exclusively to contractors, which keeps the store efficient and prevents long lines caused by homeowner or handyman returns. Johnstone's Valencia is fantastic. Ryan and his team are always on top of things; they always have my equipment ready when I order it online. They have been helpful with ordering warranty parts. Would highly recommend them to any HVAC company that hasn't used them before.
