Trying to see if they had a part in stock or could get me a part as I was giving the part number the guy didn’t even say anything and hung up on me
They sell you a product, it's faulty and they tell you we didn't make it, talk to the manufacturer. The manufacturer says we didn't sell it to you....... great customer service guys, very very good. Brand new Goodman product gone to waste $2,500 for parts and service. Johnstone and Goodman just point the finger at each other. You guys are hourly wage workers that don't care about the customer stay away from this company and all their locations.
I would HIGHLY recommend! I called about 100 times asking various questions regarding a unit our company purchased and they were always super helpful and friendly.
Ryan, Mike, and Andy and the people who work in the supply house make it the best Johnstone in Michigan.
