Went to johnstone to ask a few questions. We are having a $1.2b facility being built. I was met with a rude customer service rep who refused to talk to me because I was not a contractor. Had an emergency with a unit and only needed information on a small part. Refused to talk about anything unless I was hvac contractor. Also wanted hvac company to call and confirm that I was there in case I was to purchase anything. Which I understand. But I could tell he did not want to deal with me.
