Great customer service and friendly staff
Robert, Shanna, Bailey, Tony, Ryan - my people! I can't leave out Barbara even though she's now retired, and Hank even though in another department. These guys are top notch and leave no stone unturned. Thank you so much for always being willing to dive down the rabbit hole for whatever weird bit or bob I happen to be searching for on a given day. Average. Unloaded in less than 2 hours. Not alot of space to wait if you arrive early.
Beware, it takes 3 hours plus to unload. Ridiculous! I've delivered to other Johnstone supply warehouses, and would be out within a hour or less. This makes no sense. Btw...BEWARE OF THE RUDE IGNORANT GUY BY THE NAME OF MIKE. He is super disrespectful and will challenge your manhood by talking crazy to you as if your time doesn't matter. Unloading me this slow made me miss my next load. Time is money and these guys have no respect for your time.
