I don’t understand how Johnstones in Orlando can get it right and other supply shops can’t. Well I figured out for sure this time. It’s because Lisa and Rina and the whole staff at the Orlando branch. Being a new Contractor, I’m always learning and Lisa and Rina are the most patient and helpful team I’ve met in a long time. Lisa runs the store like a well oiled machine and Rina who I deal with for ordering goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taking care of.
