First off I have been dealing with Johnstone since the mid 80s. I knew Chris Ware from when their service counter was about 8 feet long. They’ve always been my number one go to to get refrigeration supplies. Update: Sunday July 5th 2026 Ok, Now I'm thinking Lisa, Rina and the whole team are taking performance enhancing drugs.:):) Its July 4th weekend, I have a Customer with family down from 3 diff states. Their system went south which with over 20 people in the home, on a holiday weekend would be hotel time. I don’t understand how Johnstones in Orlando can get it right and other supply shops can’t. Well I figured out for sure this time. It’s because Lisa and Rina and the whole staff at the Orlando branch. Being a new Contractor, I’m always learning and Lisa and Rina are the most patient and helpful team I’ve met in a long time.
