They are all liars. I went in for a warranty replacement. Three weeks later I still don't have it. I keep calling them and they tell me that the people at Goodman haven't called them back. So I called Goodman, they say there is no order. I went in and talked to the manager. I told him I'd rather hear the truth even if it was disappointing then hear a lie.
