14 yrs ago, got my EPA universal card from San Jose City College. Came here to buy vacuum pump, manifold guages, hvac tools, etc, but been told that they do not sell to anyone w/out a contractor license. Went to harbor freight and RE Micahel, Walmart (r134a) to get what i need to start off as a hobby for appliances and cars.
This vendor is a life saver, they've always got exactly what I need and typically without any delay or extended lead time. Plus parts are fairly priced and the customer service is top notch as they know us regulators by name and going to the vendor is like visiting your friends when picking up replacement parts. Johnstone Supply has all the HVAC supplies to handle most situations I run into.
