It’s unfortunate to have to leave a review like this for a local business, but sometimes people need to be held accountable. I arrived with my children during an emergency for a first-time visit to a pediatric dental office located nearby. Naturally, I parked in a lot directly in front of the building, as there were no signs indicating it was private or restricted. Great place. I needed a new blower for my furnace. The sales and counter personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I had everything I needed so it only took one visit. Plus I found out that every Friday is FREE hotdogs for lunch.

Front desk was very rude. If your not a contractor through johnstone just forget about it. Its entirely setup for the contractor and johnstone to make money off the consumer. Got authorization number from AO Smith for a new water heater. AO Smith told me this was one of the distribution centers and they won't honor me because I'm not a contractor with johnstone.
