Brody is extremely helpful with all my needs. Whether it's ordering equipment, sourcing parts for all brands of furnaces or ACs, or finding the right needed tools for a job..... Brody always exceeds my expectations. As does ALL the CSRs at Johnstone Supply. This, along with being a one stop shop for all my HVAC needs, is what makes Johnstone Supply the premier HVAC supplier in town.
The staff this morning were so unprofessional. My husband was in for a couple parts and the guy named Brody was guessing who was calling then putting the homeowner on speaker so everyone could hear and laughing at their questions and being flat out rude to more than likely just someone looking to give them the business to fix something in their home, in our case a furnace to keep children warm. I understand if you are wholesale only, however to berate innocent potential customers for sport is disgusting.
Sometimes the lines are too long.
Shelves are never stocked. I always have to ask staff or check app even for a simple contactor. Wait times are usually long. So many empty desks. Honestly not what I’m used to compared to other Johnstones around the country.
Had everything I needed for my Goodman Furnace/Air Conditioner in stock, plus single-two stage T stats, service tools and supplies and a very friendly knowledgeable staff! Wholesale only, for licensed repair service techs.
