I am just a woman who needed to buy an air return. Home Depot, Loews, and Fergusons didn't have them in the size that I needed. Fergusons told me to go to Johnstone Supply in Escondido. Got there and I got up to the counter and had the rudest man ever. He first told me that they don't sell to the public only licensed contractors. I said that's ok, if you could just tell me if you have the size I need I can tell my contractors (who are licensed) they have to go pick up the air return. He said he can't do that. What?
