Jason and the other 2 team members were fantastic this morning I was looking for AprilAire 800 electrodes. I walked into a Friendly greeting, she grabbed the part while I was paying - fast and efficient. Textbook customer service!!! I have Waze a heads-up that the address was off by about 400m.
they only sell parts for licensed tradesmen, as apparently (and I quote): "... you need a license for that sort of thing.". But you could walk into any automotive parts store to buy your own brake parts to be able to work on your own car to your own responsibility risking my and my family's life on the roads of Ontario. Oh, you have a noisy fan, and you want to replace it IN YOUR OWN HOME, nah, "... you need a license for that sort of thing.".
