Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Bew or what ever is name , the bald man , is rude as hell and he is lazy as hell and he dose not want to work , he didnt want to sell me anything , kept walking around while im waiting for him to complete the purchase, so left because i couldn’t deal with his women attitude, grainger would never do that .
I work for one of the biggest commercial HVAC companies in the southeast and some counter guy refused to sell me refrigerant because, in his words ”he didn’t know me personally”. I’ll do everything I can to avoid this location again. -Mckenney’s Update- I went to United Refrigeration and had a great experience
