Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Bew or what ever is name , the bald man , is rude as hell and he is lazy as hell and he dose not want to work , he didnt want to sell me anything , kept walking around while im waiting for him to complete the purchase, so left because i couldn’t deal with his women attitude, grainger would never do that .
I work for one of the biggest commercial HVAC companies in the southeast and some counter guy refused to sell me refrigerant because, in his words ”he didn’t know me personally”.
