You need to be careful when buying there because they give you units that are already damaged; you only realize it when you open them for installation. When you go back to make a claim, they just get angry, insult you, and blame you—refusing to exchange anything. The manager and the workers are all the same: they work lazily, damage items, and then blame the customer for their own incompetence. The products are supposed to come with a warranty, but they refuse to take responsibility for the poor-quality goods they sell.
very poor telephone customer service. Called for a part and lady answered the phone like i was a burden. I tried to explain what i needed and she said sorry we dont sell to the public.
