I deal with Johnstone supply all over United States. But this particular store was absolutely amazing much better than the ones I've dealt with anywhere else. Beware of allowing this location making equipment selections for you. When they make a mistake they will not rectify it. They will blame you for their mistake.
We purchase our pads, comm wire, and other various items for our brand! Our outside sales rep does a fantastic job!
They have greatly declined ! Staff is not knowledgeable and will tell you anything they think sounds good and will get you out the door .They claim they have a warranty dept when the warranty is handled by the parts manufacture.The Nashville branch is managed by a young guy who doesn't take care of his customers he is a yes man to the owners of the company .Took close to a year to resolve a warranty issue because he didn't know how
