Refused to tell me the price of a compressor I was looking for. I understand that I personally couldn't go purchase it, but the HVAC journeyman I was getting to fix my AC was going to go in and buy it. He has his license, but we're definitely NOT going to buy it from Johnstone when the man wouldn't even tell me how much it was going to cost.
