Worthless middle men for parts. Won’t honor any warranties and pass it off as a “Johnstone” problem. Terrible customer service. Edit: after speaking with corporate, Fresno dc, Modesto manager Chris Delao. They absolutely did nothing for me and still can’t process my warranty in Sacramento, never dealing with Johnstone again. I literally had the burned up board in hand and they wouldn’t swap. Customer PURCHASED EXTENDED WARRANTY !!!! You’re a liar Chris and your shop is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

Randy showed professionalism,very thorough and prompt service highly recommend.
These guys are outstanding! The branch manager Alfonso, he is amazing to work with and very accommodating. Chubbs and Randy work the counter and they are always very knowledgeable, friendly and have great attitudes. This is one of the best supply house to go to in our area because of the team there. Johnstone has done a great job putting this team in place. Thank you Alfonso and team for always making a great experience when I come in.
