I won't be shopping there again. For starters, I walked in and no one greeted me. I bought the part I needed, but the price seemed way too high; I found it somewhere else for 60–70% less. I called to see if I could return the part, but they said I wouldn't get a full refund because of a "restocking fee." If I did return it, I would have been required to buy something else at the same store. I understand they need to make money, but the price difference is huge.
They have some good stuff but the they don't have alot of stuff
Mrs. D, George, and Glenn are wonderful. Always willing to help you find any part you may need. I will say the owner should hire some help for them. They are always running around like crazy.
Postive: Glen is the best and tech wizard, always willing to help out. Negative: Prices are WAY to High, only buy here if you need it right then otherwise order online including freon.
