I placed an order for two coils on September 16th, and the store later informed me that the product wouldn’t be available until the spring. When I requested a refund for the item that was never supplied, they kept transferring me from one representative to another and hung up on me in every single call. They didn't have what I needed
I guess when you have little competition you can be as rude as you want. The lady working there Saturday was beyond rude. Did not listen just said they didn’t have it and turned around and just started talking on the phone.
They didn't have what I was looking for, but their customer service was excellent. It seemed as if everyone working was happy to help me find what I needed.
