I guess when you have little competition you can be as rude as you want. The lady working there Saturday was beyond rude. Did not listen just said they didn’t have it and turned around and just started talking on the phone.
They didn't have what I was looking for, but their customer service was excellent. It seemed as if everyone working was happy to help me find what I needed.
Knowledgeable employees and they had the material I needed in stock!
