Really nasty service Terrible service, both in-store and over the phone; the staff—especially Omar—were very rude. I tried to create an online account because I needed a quote for 30 Daikin units water source. I requested information on another unit, but none of my emails were answered. I tried calling, but they were always "busy" or kept me on hold for 30 to 40 minutes. Highly recommend Johnstone Supply — across all their branches, the level of service and support is outstanding. The Baldwin branch is top-tier. Jimmy (Branch Manager) runs a very tight and professional operation, and the entire team there is extremely knowledgeable and responsive.
