I gave them one star, because they’re cooperating with theirs’ customers and cheating on the people that theirs customers services/ serviced. The HAVC that I used came to this supplies company bought a heat handler plate for a furnace which cost the price from $165-$170 . The sale man fake update a receipt for $500 plus tax ( which it would be $530 after tax) . I called company and complain to the phones operating, he said “ they don’t care for that. Great knowledgeable staff that is always there to aid you with whatever you need at any given time. Thankful to have a partner like Johnstone to assist me with taking care of my clients needs. Awesome Guys Great Service and knowledgeable. Hours Mon-Fri 8am-5Pm not til 4p and they are open Saturday 8a-Noon
