I’ve never been so disappointed in customer service in my entire life. Johnstone Supply should be ashamed to have Mary at their London establishment, Mary the bigger overweight lady is very rude and very unprofessional doesn’t know how to explain things without getting upset and smells a lot it’s very uncomfortable speaking with her being so uptight.
