Unfortunately they could not help us. I started saying by explaining we are a refrigeration contractor from out of state. We did not have a account because we are from another state. I explained this to them and they did not care. I just needed a filter drier and wanted to pay with a credit card. Disappointed because I have been to plenty of other supply house while traveling the country. Usally they can expect a credit card in a pinch. Its a cheap part and doesn't make very money.
