I was able to get my order in right before closing on a Saturday and pick up hassle free from the locker. Thank you Johnstone appreciate the lockers!
Needed a specific plug in relay for a Goodman air handler that I purchased from Johnstone recently. Gentlemen at the counter looked annoyed. He asked me what I needed. I told him I needed a relay. He didn’t bother to look up the replacement relay I needed on his computer. He just walked me over to the isle where the relays are and walked off. I guess you need to know EXACTLY what you need. No customer service whatsoever. I’ve purchased over 40 air handler/condensers from Johnstone in the last 2-3 years. Not coming back 🤷♂️
I felt like a kid in a candy shop. Amazing customer service. Well stocked shelves.
They require you to present your drivers license on any purchase for any reason as if you have already broken the law. They act like they are the police demanding Identification when 0 crimes have been committed. Very poor invasive company policy, will avoid this parts house at all cost from now on.
Josh Jackson was very helpful and professionally displayed a can-do attitude despite having to process a very difficult and expensive warranty exchange
