Tried calling to ask a question about parts. I asked them if they sold Trane/Ameristar parts (they dont). I asked of he knew a good place to contact since I've been having trouble getting ahold of anybody and the genius told me to Google it ad if I didn't think if that already. Don't waste your time here if you're a homeowner.
