Tried calling to ask a question about parts. I asked them if they sold Trane/Ameristar parts (they dont). I asked of he knew a good place to contact since I've been having trouble getting ahold of anybody and the genius told me to Google it ad if I didn't think if that already. Don't waste your time here if you're a homeowner.

We needed a transformer to repair an ac unit on a mobile sleep trailer used to house lineman here to repair storm damage. They were very helpful and made sure we had what we needed! Thank you!
