This Johnstone branch bought our local branch in Illinois. We have been used to a certain available stock, format of operation, and personnel on the phone. Missouri stores are forcing their will on our local store and local employees which NOBODY is happy with. They are undermining the years of know how and relationship we have had locally and have found products marked up 100-200% from what was typical. The guys at the counter are very knowledgeable and give quick service. I buy almost all my parts from them and they make it a great experience.
My company uses them to stock our service vehicles; they're never available at the appointment time; staff have horrible attitudes. Completely negates the benefits of making these arrangements. Pricing appears competitive however.
