I love using Johnstone. But one of the guys in Duluth will just pass the phone call on to someone else instead of helping you.
As a contractor they have failed us. Product doesn't arrive on time, wrong products are shipped, very few of the people in the office understand parts, always an excuse of why something got messed up, very slow responding back if at all. The branch manager is a complete jerk when there are issues and we try to address them.
Johnstone is absolutely the best place in Duluth for HVAC supplies.
