I had placed a filter and belt order close to closing time, and Christian was super patient and helpful. Not to mention, those filters AND belts were ready to be picked up the following morning. Amazing service here !

AS A CUSTOMER: i woundnt buy from here, theyll tell you that your orders is ready for pick up and it wont be there, alot of damage equipment inside the warehouse so look at your stuff before purchasing.If i could rate 0 starts i would. I went in here to buy a new furnace and it was dented, I was also planning on buying a thermostat and so I called in to make sure they had everything I wanted but when I got there they didn't have a thermostat in stock even though they confirmed they did and not to mention all of the employees smelled awful and the showroom was unorganized and dirty.
