Just had an emergency with the building AC! Johnstone had everything we needed on their shelves!
They have a great inventory And accurate staff Always on time
They only take care of the contractors. When a contractor was trying to overcharge me due to damage they caused and had to repair when job was done. The contractor started adding on extras. When I asked Johnstone a price on an item they said they couldn't give me the price to protect their contractors. All I wanted was a cost to be able to discuss with my contractor trying to charge me more to recoup their losses from the damage they caused and didn't want to pay to repair!
Have always found the service here to be above and beyond! Whether it’s locating parts for failed equipment, loading and/or delivering material, phone correspondence, even the occasional after-hours emergency service, these guys go far above the call to ensure accuracy and promptness. Their professional is exceeded only by their courtesy! Special thanks to Will and Devlin who match my enthusiasm for the HVAC trade.
