Cody was the best. Took an extra five minutes to make sure I had the absolute correct item. Excellent service.
Service was ok. But company policy is terrible, all I needed was an igniter and they even had it but wouldn’t sell it to me because I don’t have a license. So now my family has to freeze in 20 degree weather for possibly days until I can get this igniter in the mail. Thanks johnstone for absolutely nothing but a part number. Edit: so since I can’t reply to your comment I will just edit this. I said the service was ok not great the younger guy told me if I knew a contractor I could have them call and get the part.
