They never answer their phone. Very rude.
This place has gone to absolute crap. The counter guys ignore you when you walk and don't take guys in the order that they arrived. They play favorites. They're EXTREMELY slow and unprofessional. This place has always been understaffed with individuals that have no clue about HVAC.
I’ve always been treated like a professional there, ever since I started dealing with Johnstone in the 90’s. Terrific personal manning the front counter ✝️
