As a community service, I change and supply HVAC filters for about 100 senior citizens in the Alpharetta area. I'm EPA licensed and Johnstone has always treated me well.

Cool Professional Sales Help to Guide Vendors
They never answer their phone. Very rude.
This place has gone to absolute crap. The counter guys ignore you when you walk and don't take guys in the order that they arrived. They play favorites. They're EXTREMELY slow and unprofessional. This place has always been understaffed with individuals that have no clue about HVAC.
