My boiler went out last night. The igniter went bad. Super common part. I called Johnstone, they have the part, but won’t sell it to me since I’m a homeowner. I guess I need to pay a contractor in their eyes to replace something with 2 screws and 2 wires.
I called several other suppliers. No need to go through that to find a part that Home Cheapo doesn't carry. If you're reading this and the part is something you should be messing with, these are the guys who will help you get your heat going again! Huge stock and a friendly, knowledgeable Team!
This place was amazing. I don't often need parts so I went in with part numbers and very little idea of what I was talking about. They were very kind and funny even, just nice to interact with. I find this rare nowadays, and it is SO appreciated! More to the point, they just so happened to have just the one random part that I needed. As the last local place I could think to look, I was absolutely thrilled to find it and have my heat back!
