Dr Johnstone and her staff are absolutely the best example of medical professionalism should be. I was having trouble with my left eye and was referred to her by my ophthalmologist. She noticed everything about me in minutes. Bonus... cured me of my ten years of suffering with vertigo that many ENTs couldn't. I think about her a lot. She's a pro.
I call and there is no room on your voicemail? The other number that is listed is a fax and not labeled as such on this sight? Really? Never heard of such a thing. We have called several times and never got a return call. I need to speak with someone in this office prior to an appointment early in the morning of June 14.
Best experience with a doctor. Very thorough, and explains everything. One of the best doctors. I wish all doctors were like her. Also I would disgard the bad reviews. Many are unfounded. Her office was extremely tidy. She found errors from previous doctors that were to lazy to do their jobs.
Although it's a long wait to see Dr. Johnstone, she is well worth the wait. Her receptionist was a challenge to get ahold of, but Dr. Johnstone has been the most thorough physician I've seen.
I watched her receptionist text on her phone continuously. Dr is ok but her help is utterly incompetent and could care less about patient care
