I went to have gum grafting done following my braces removal. The initial appointment was very smooth. The receptionist Melinda was very nice and welcoming. She greeted me as I entered the office and made sure someone will get to me as soon as possible. The nurse was very friendly and helpful as well. The doctor was friendly and assuring. I had my last wisdom tooth removed last week by Dr. Johnston. It was yet again an amazing experience, she is invaluable to the industry! My husband is in line to meet with her next , he is very eager to have his wisdom teeth removed as well so this is a family affair! Thank you Dr. Johnston for taking such great care of us .
My experience with this office and Dr Hunter specifically has been great! Dr Hunter took very good care of me during surgery (full mouth pocket reduction, done in four appointments) she constantly asked if I was ok and/or comfortable, if I needed more freezing she was quick to act and she sang to the songs on the radio which actually helped ease my nerves. The procedure itself wasn't pleasant but Dr Hunter and her assistant really helped me through it. Very professional and caring office overall.
The staff at Johnstone Periodontics are pros, they make the customer experience a priority and the entire process from start to finish is extremely well done.
I was referred to Johnstone Periodontics by my dentist due to receding gums, and was recommended by Dr. Hunter to do one gum graft. It was definitely one of the more intense dental procedures I have had to go through, but thankfully Dr. Hunter and her staff were friendly and professional, and they made the procedure as well as the post-op go super smoothly.
