Over the course of three recent appointments including one for surgery the entire staff has been both very professional and super friendly. Appointments can be made at convenient times. The clinic at Yonge & St. Clair is easily reached by TTC .Appointment times are kept to the minute. CDCP is accepted to offset some of the procedure costs.
I was referred to Dr. Johnstone for a gum graft. She is simply wonderful. Her staff are all amazing as well. I am a very anxious person when it comes to any sort of dental procedure. I felt well-informed and re-assured. Highly recommend!
Great experience!
I had gum grafting this am. I was a little disappointed in the way things went. First dr.hunter was over 20 min late and should have apologised. I was not offered any Tylenol before the procedure which works have made things a little more comfortable once the freezing came out I did gry instructions in writing and email regarding post op. I have been a patient for over 7 years and this is usually not how things go when I have had dental work.
