Wonderful people at Liberty.. Everyone is extremely professional...
They have shown great care for my animals (1 cat & 3 dogs over the past 25 years). My current dog has extreme anxiety about being handled and meeting new people and they are working with me to put her at ease. Very kind, caring, and supportive during the deaths of our animals over the course of the 20 years we have lived here in the West Chester area.
Jane does the most amazing job grooming our Clara. She always does exactly what we ask and ends up making it look even better than we could expect. And Clara loves her visits with Jane which speaks volumes!
They are committed to the care of your pets. We always feel no matter what the situation is, they handle it with concern as though our pet was theirs.
5 Stars I don't recommend places as much as I should but have to about JANE the groomer. My dog is 18 years old, mostly blind and deaf but still enjoying life. She is absolutely wonderful with him. She is gentle, caring and grooms to what he will tolerate on that day. She will talk to you to see how he is feeling that day and ask you exactly what you want done.
