It’s a month to the day since I had my Gamma Knife Surgery feeling 80% better. The Lord Jesus Christ is healing me every second 🥰🥰 Amen. The improvements in my daily life have been so amazing. I am so thankful and grateful for all the support and encouragement the staff have shown me I received a phone call the next day after my surgery as promised!!! First time having surgery here, or ever. The nursing staff and registration are amazing. The waiting area was so comfortable and welcoming. One nurse in particular named Stacy. She was phenomenal, so funny, sweet, and had a great personality. I felt so comfortable in the surgery center, as comfortable as one can feel while getting surgery.
Surgery today. Not particularly serious event but, incredible staff. From registration, pre-admission testing, the nurse that took care of me before surgery, anesthesiologist, and of course the surgeon, a very pleasant experience.
After a surgery was cancelled at a lesser facility. Dr. Rawles was able to quickly assemble a JWSC team that was compassionate and skillful in serving neurodiverse individuals. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist allowed me to register my brother with Autism before he entered the facility. Once registered, staff quickly placed us in a quiet room. My wife went here for breast cancer surgery yesterday. Dr. Ruth Felson and the staff at the surgical center were all phenomenal. Best bed side manners I have seen. They made my wife comfortable through the whole process. Thank each and everyone them who was involved with this procedure!
